Our Regional pasta, inspired by the regions of Italy, are created with the finest ingredients and crafted with attention to traditional. They have the texture similar to homemade because we want bring, with Pasta D'Amicis, the uniqueness of authentic Italian cooking into your kitchen.
Orecchiette (little ears) are the most typical pasta format of the Pugliese cuisine: it has a unique domed shape, smooth on the inside and grooved on the outside, that makes it perfect for scooping up hearty sauces, and fresh vegetables. In the traditional Pugliese recipe Orecchiette are cook with turnip tops and a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
