Fusilloni

Fusilloni are a pasta format with noble origins.
They were prepared by skilled housewives who knew this ancient art and who knew how to use the spindle, an iron with a square section similar to those used to spin wool. Typical of different regions, fusilloni are known by different names, but the goodness is always the same.
