Bucatini are similar to large perforated spaghetti that become the protagonists of your dishes. Originally from Lazio, the condiment par excellence is Amatriciana.

Description

Thanks to the laundry inside, they allow sauces to be better absorbed; drained al dente, in fact, they are excellent if left to mix and reach cooking together with the sauce.
