Tubetti rigati

Classic format of Italian cuisine, tubetti are loved because they were used in the soups of the past. Carrot, courgette, potato, cooked slowly in a pot for a hot, simple and flavourful soup; obviously with tubes.



Small, striped and very short, tubetti striped are used for the preparation of legume soups, such as beans or lentils, rarely with tomato and basil; but even in this case they have their reason.
